[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]Last week I popped along to the launch of the
Vintage Tea Party in the Beacon Hotel. Bubbles, make up, afternoon tea, cocktails and dinner …so yeah, basically a few variations of food and drink with some girly fun thrown in for good measure – the makings of a bloody good night away.[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”1242″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” image_hovers=”true”][vc_single_image image=”1235″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]After checking in, I chilled for a bit in the room before heading down to the Crystal Suite, stopping for tea and double denim selfies first, natch.[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”1240″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” image_hovers=”true”][vc_single_image image=”1241″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]The most interesting of history lessons always involve make up and Hollywood starlets, and that’s exactly what
Sarah from Beauty Team Studios shared with us over coffee and pink macaroons.[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”1233″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” image_hovers=”true”][vc_single_image image=”1232″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][vc_single_image image=”1249″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]Back for a quick freshen up, make up and Spotify in bed…because hotel beds and some snapchatting (I found disco lights
under the bed while charging my phone!) and it was time to meet back in the lobby for some pre-dinner prosecco.[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”1239″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]All that gossiping and beautifying worked up an appetitie before dinner in
the hotel’s Thai restaurant where we had sharing platters of crispy calamari, spring rolls and satay chicken for starters followed by delicious beef with basil, prawns and Thai green curry. I highly recommend ticking the boxes after a few gins at the Crystal bar, which is what I did and as a result woke up to this absolute feast…[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”1246″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][vc_single_image image=”1247″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” image_hovers=”true” img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]
