[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]With more inevitably boozy breaks ahead (Bordeaux and Champagne…natch), I’ve booked in for some time out in Turkey. An entire week of chilled-out, blissed-out, hopefully logged-out tranquility sailing crystal clear waters on ‘Diversity’. Nah, not really ….but I will be on a wooden yacht, not old old though, I hope![dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”867″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” link=”http://yoganicmoves.com/yogacruising-ahoi-turkey/”][vc_single_image image=”864″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]The term ‘yoga retreat’ usually conjures up images of extreme workshops under strict conditions while half-starved and basically hating life. You see, I’m not into that. I’m more of a ‘do the stuff you like, because life’s too short for all the other crap’ kind of girl.
This trip sounded much more manageable… actually relaxing and enjoyable like a holiday should be. There are two yoga sessions a day, one before breakfast and another before dinner…totally doable. I’m anything but an advanced yogi, I’ve only been practicing for a few months but
Yoganic Moves cater for all levels, which is one of the reasons I decided to go with them, oh and the three decent meals a day![dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”866″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” link=”http://yoganicmoves.com/yogacruising-ahoi-turkey/”][vc_single_image image=”863″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” link=”http://yoganicmoves.com/yogacruising-ahoi-turkey/”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]I found the trip through
BookYogaRetreats while doing some online research and here’s what they say;
“During the day we will cruise along the coastline, stop at bays where you can go on land or swim. There will be plenty of time during the day to relax, lay in the sun, read a book or do more yoga.”
Sign me up, I said.[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”868″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” link=”http://yoganicmoves.com/yogacruising-ahoi-turkey/”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]Throw in some snorkelling, hiking and exploring and I think my Turkey time out may well be the first holiday I ever come back from feeling rejuvenated for a change. I mean, I’ll probably look like this….[dt_gap height=”10″ /][/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”862″ border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”large” link=”http://yoganicmoves.com/yogacruising-ahoi-turkey/”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][dt_gap height=”10″ /]A girl can dream! Have you ever been on a yoga or wellness retreat? I’d love to hear some first-hand experiences.

Easy does it, I don’t want to go away to be punished. I think I’m going to love it!
