Next Stop: The Ski Week

When I found out there was a winter version of the infamous The Yacht Week, it didn’t take much persuading to get me there. The same geniuses (that’s the correct plural BTW) behind TYW launched The Ski Week, which now takes place annually in Obertauern, Austria and also Aspen and Powder Mountain in USA.[dt_gap height=”10″ /]

[dt_gap height=”10″ /]It’s only my second time ever on a ski holiday, last year I went  Snowbombing, in Mayrhofen…also in Austria, for a week of absolute carnage. Their line up is pretty unbelievable, we’re talking Rudimental, Skrillex, A-Skillz, Gorgon City, Idris Elba …take a look here. The skiing didn’t go so well though, a two hour lesson on day one and I was done. A mixture of altitude hangovers, end-of-season high temps and FEAR meant most of my activity after that initial lesson was a lot more aprés than ski, so I was really excited to read this part of The Ski Week’s website…[dt_gap height=”10″ /]
